Problem with a Yahoo Small Business designed site.... ParResortGolf.com?
This company is run by a Yahoo small business website, so I thought I'd start here. I ordered a golf putter on 1/05. Next day free express shipping is advertised. The amt is held as "pending" on my charge card. I have an email verifying the purchase and giving a link to the "order status" info. It has not been updated in 4 days, so I guess it hasn't shipped. I've emailed 3 different email addys shown at the site. I've had no response from anybody.
There is no address or phone number for this so-called company. Does Yahoo have any info about it? Sounds like something someone set up and never followed through with.
When you google ParResortGolf, you get 2 references and both are to it's website.
Any suggestions to follow? Thanks for listening to my vent.
I'd send them another email stating that as you have been unable to contact anyone at the company and your order status hasn't changed in four days, you are hereby notifying them that you are cancelling the purchase. The tell you credit card that the purchase has been cancelled and they shouldn't pay the bill.
