HELP 96 chevy blazer?
on the last blog i failed to mention that its a brand spankin new out of the box fuel pump / sending unit , it came with a new plug and i cut out the old plug cause it did not fit in the new fuel pump, i have 4 wires, blk with white stripe, solid blk, purple, and grey, i have the solid black and grey connected, and the truck runs fine, i need to get the fuel gauge working, and if i go purple to purple, and blk white stripe to blk with white stripe it tells me i have a full tank... i put 10 bucks in the gas tank, which is aprox 3.5 gallons, maybe a quarter tank... help....
I have put many fuel pumps in and the best bet is to buy one from a dealer. The aftermarket fuel pumps are a gamble at best. We have had some that wouldn't start right from the start.
